- Self drilling method is possible when the cortical bone is not so hard.
- Must never apply unreasonable press down because there is possibility of fracture of screw tip if resistance is strong when using self drilling method.
- Just try to rotate the screw using driver with gentle pressure and speed of less than 20 RPM
